History

Founded by Denis Gagnon in 1989, Atelier du Bronze is a family business. The foundry first had modest facilities where small sized sculptures destined for the art gallery market were cast. Today, still located in Inverness, it employs some 15 specialized craft workers working out of premises that are spacious, efficient, and adapted to the casting of bronze and aluminum sculptures of all sizes. The foundry has created several hundred monumental works located in public spaces in Canada, the United States, Europe, and the West Indies.
